How do add-on seat bundles work?: Once your team outgrows a tier's included seats, you can buy more in bundles of three, always at Basic's per-seat rate ($75/bundle, $25.00/seat) — no matter which tier you're on.
What are Infrastructure Usage Fees?: Every Account gets its own dedicated database from day one. The compute, storage, and data transfer it uses are metered and billed separately from your plan fee — including during your free trial. See our Terms of Service for the full billing terms.
Can I change plans later?: Not self-serve yet — reach out to support@eprospector.com and we'll move you to a different tier. A self-serve upgrade flow is on the roadmap.
