Pricing
You pay for sending capacity: the mailboxes your plan includes, whether or not each is connected yet, plus any bundles you add. Team members are unlimited, so a one-person shop can run 3 mailboxes without buying seats for people who don't exist.
Basic, Premium and Pro each start with a free trial: no plan fee during the trial, and a card is required to start. Your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Your dedicated database's Infrastructure Usage Fees are metered from day one, including during your free trial, shown as their own line on your invoice, and owed even if you cancel before the trial ends.

Need more mailboxes? Add 3-mailbox bundles anytime for $75/month per bundle ($25.00/mailbox) — the same rate on Basic, Premium and Pro. Half price applies to the plan fee only; add-on bundles are never discounted. Daily caps are ceilings once a mailbox has warmed up (see below). Infrastructure Usage Fees for your dedicated database are metered from day one, trial included, shown as their own line on your invoice, and owed even if you cancel before the trial ends.

Why mailboxes
Per-seat pricing
In a per-seat plan, each login is a line on the bill, whether or not that person sends anything.
eProspector · per mailbox
Basic includes 3 connected mailboxes and unlimited teammates. Each new contact goes to whichever mailbox has the most capacity left that day and keeps that mailbox for follow-ups, up to 75 sends a day once all 3 are warmed up. Need more? Add mailboxes in bundles of three.
How mailboxes grow
A suggested pace, not a requirement
Week 1
Set up your Company Profile, target job titles and pipeline stages, then connect one mailbox. By default it starts at 3 sends a day and climbs 1 a day.
Week 2
Work the Review Queue, promote the leads worth keeping, launch your first campaigns and approve each day's batch in the Send Queue.
Week 3
Connect a second mailbox as volume grows. With HubSpot connected and hand-off set up with a pipeline and stage, contacts who reach your client stage are pushed to it.
Week 4+
Fill your tier's mailboxes, then add more in bundles of three. Each new mailbox warms up on its own ramp.
Outbound volume
By default, a newly connected mailbox starts at 3 sends a day and climbs by 1 a day, so volume builds up instead of starting at full speed. Your tier sets how high that ramp climbs.
A trial runs on the plan you sign up for, with that plan's mailboxes and ramp. By default a mailbox sends Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:30 in the time zone set in your profile (UTC until you set one). A bounce spike, an unsubscribe spike or Gmail throttling can pause sending, and a bounce or unsubscribe pause waits for you to resume it. These numbers are a daily ceiling, not a one-time quota, and fleet capacity counts the mailboxes a tier includes.
FAQ
One connected sending inbox. Today that's a Gmail or Google Workspace address, connected through Google sign-in; Microsoft 365 can't be connected yet. Each connected mailbox uses one of the mailboxes your plan includes until you disconnect it, warms up on its own ramp and has its own daily cap.
Once you need more connected mailboxes than a tier includes, you can buy more in bundles of three, always at Basic's per-mailbox rate ($75/month per bundle, $25.00/mailbox) — whether you're on Basic, Premium or Pro. Mailboxes are bought in advance: you can't connect one past your plan's limit until you've added a bundle. Bundles are never discounted: Beta pricing applies to the plan fee only.
No. Basic, Premium and Pro include unlimited team members — plans are priced by the mailboxes they include, not by how many people use eProspector.
Your account gets its own dedicated database when your trial starts, right after the card step. What it uses is metered from that day, including during your free trial, and shown as its own line on your invoice, separate from your plan fee. Usage during the trial is billed on your first invoice. It is owed even if you cancel before the trial ends: canceling bills the usage recorded so far on a final invoice, not a plan fee. Anthropic, Exa, ZeroBounce, and Hunter — the agents use each one to compile strategies, search, verify emails, and find contacts. Firecrawl is different: for finding and enriching prospects it's bring-your-own-key from day one, with no shared trial access. (Only your Company Profile website scan gets a small shared allowance during the trial.)
Yes — a shared eProspector key covers each of the four providers above up to a limit during your trial, at no charge. Once you hit a limit (or your trial ends), a run that needs that provider fails — add your own key from Settings, then start a new run.
A rough example, prospecting at a trial-like pace for a full month: around $8.88 total across Anthropic, Exa, ZeroBounce, and Hunter, billed to you directly by each provider. This is informational only, based on public list prices — not an invoice or a guarantee, and it excludes Firecrawl, which is priced entirely by your own account with them.
Yes. An account owner or admin can change plan in Settings → Billing. Changing plan moves you to the new tier's regular price, because a Beta price applies only to the tier you signed up on.
